Returns & Replacements
If you purchase merchandise through our website and receive a product or materials that are defective, you may contact our technical support department by email at www.psmreps.com/tech-support or by phone at 407-927-1329 during normal business hours of 9:00 am to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Email correspondence submitted outside these normal hours will be answered the next business day.
Our support technicians will try to ascertain whether the product received is defective, and if not, we will offer a solution via phone before issuing an RMA. Once we determine that product is defective or DOA, we will issue an RMA and call-tag for product or materials. Once we confirm return shipment of defective items, we will then ship replacement items to you at no additional charge.
In the event that an item is returned for any reason other than being defective, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred to the dealer for that item, and a credit memo issued to the dealer for the remainder of the amount. Sorry, no cash refunds
