Your privacy is very important to us. We use a 128bit encrypted SSL Socket Layer in our store for secure payment and submittal of information to and from our data center. In addition, we re-encrypt your store information on our server in the database for a second time.

From time to time, we may contact you with relevant information about your account, and with special promotions we deem relevant to your business. We may also share certain information involved in the set up and maintenance of your account with our represented manufacturers for that purpose. If you wish to forward this information directly to the manufacturer upon request, we will notify you of the information needed and the purpose in advance.

We may contact you via email, phone or fax in the course of transacting normal business, and to alert you of delivery and status updates of your order. This information is being provided as a courtesy to you.

Email marketing - PSM uses a double opt-out system for managing email marketing information sent to you from our company. You may always opt out of our newsletter campaign at your leisure by clicking the "unsubscribe" link on the email piece sent to you. This will automatically delete you from our newsletter marketing list in accordance with the US CANSPAM act. We want you to see PSM Reps as a resource, not as a nuisance. We take this very seriously, and if you have additional issues after opt-out, please contact us immediately.

Credit Card and other sensitive account information is not handled by employees of PSM Reps, unless submitted through our server or an order is placed through our paypal account. Information submitted directly to the manufacturer is kept in accordance with their respective privacy policies, outside the scope of our company.
