Finally, I wanted to leave you with this word of advice. Telling is not selling. When negotiating with your customers, always remember that he who asks the questions, leads the conversation. Instead of telling your customers what they want to know, try phrasing your comments in the form of questions so that they get used to saying yes. A small yes leads to a larger yes, and so on. Don't you agree? (See, I just did it. Not hard at all, right?) you can even handle objections with questions, which - is SELLING. Soon, your client will be saying yes to the sale.
