PSM REPS has been hard at work this year. We have added two members to our staff, and we have brought on some additional world-class product lines that we are sure you will like. In addition, we have said farewell to some old friends who we have enjoyed working with.

As of August 1, 2010 PSM REPS is the official Manufacturer's Representative in the State of Florida, for Clock Audio, and also for Exhibio Digital Signage. As part of our preparations, we have brought on a graphics and content creation artist for Digital Signage who will also be managing our Content Services offerings - This means, that we have eliminated one of the key barriers to sale of Digital Signage for our dealers - Content Management and Creation Services. In addition to the hardware sale, our partners can now sell the complete package to their customers and move on to the next project while enjoying the benefits of outsourced services with a recurring revenue stream. Additionally, we made a commitment to our systems integrators that when hot new technologies gained attention, we would be there to help them sort out fact from fiction. True to our word, we have recently come to agreement to represent C-T-S 3D as their technology sales representative for 3D systems hardware, content creation and conversion services for the United States. If your client is looking to develop a 3D application and looking to you for help, we have you covered and can help you and your client make sense of the massive amount of information that has recently come out about this exciting new advancement in video display technology. Finally, I wanted to leave you with this word of advice. Telling is not selling. When negotiating with your customers, always remember that he who asks the questions, leads the conversation. Instead of telling your customers what they want to know, try phrasing your comments in the form of questions so that they get used to saying yes. A small yes leads to a larger yes, and so on. Don't you agree? (See, I just did it. Not hard at all, right?) you can even handle objections with questions, which - is SELLING. Soon, your client will be saying yes to the sale.
