Shipping & Delivery and Handling


PSM will ship all in-stock items withi 24 hours of receipt of payment or confirmation of terms set up with our company. In the event that items ordered are not in stock at time of receipt of order, PSM will ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of goods to our location. Unless otherwise requested, all freight will be via ground shipment. We will prepay and add freight costs to all orders based on the shipping estimate identified at time of order placement. Expedited orders will be shipped 2-day Fedex or UPS, and may require additional handling charges.

In the event that items ordered are shipped directly from the factory to your location, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges billed by the factory, plus a 5% handling fee through PSM for the adminstration and expediting of the order.

PSM will in no way be responsible for losses to the dealer due to third-party shipper delays. You may also arrange to pick up goods purchased at our location, or opt for local delivery within a 35 mile radius of Oviedo, FL. Location. Local delivery is offered on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy & Security


By using our site, you agree that certain information may be shared with our manufacturers for the purpose of order fulfillment and transactional communications. Under no circumstances will banking information be shared with anyone outside our company. We may from time to time contact you to make you aware of product changes and sales promotions that we deem relevant to your account, but will not share your information with anyone except our manufacturers and our immediate company personnel.

Returns & Replacements


If you receive a product or materials that are defective, you may contact our technical support department by email or phone during normal business hours of 9:00 am to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Email correspondence will be answered the next business day, if sent outside of this timeframe. Once we determine that product is defective of DOA, we will issue an RMA and call-tag for product or materials. Once we confirm shipment of defective items, we will then ship replacement items to you at no additional charge.

Ordering


You may place orders directly through our website for all in-stock items. If an item is out of stock, you may call the factory directly to purchase materials. All factory policies will apply to all orders, whether through our site, or through the manufacturer. You may also call us or fax us to place an order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions


Payment for all orders is required upon time of placement. There are no exceptions. If you establish a terms account with PSM, you may submit a purchase order through our website or via fax at 407-542-4758. Under no circumstances will a PO be accepted without a terms account or corresponding payment.

Viewing Orders


You may view the status of all online orders directly within your account on our website. We will be happy to send a confirmation of shipment upon acceptance by the freight company used.

Updating Account Information


You are encouraged to keep all of your account information up to date through our website, and we may from time to time ask for you to confirm details about your account for security purposes. If you have any questions you may call or email us during normal business hours.
